Shipping Policy

Shipping times:

FuiMu processes orders in Melbourne, Australia.
FuiMu processes orders within 48 hours of the order’s placement, or the next available working day. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday, or holidays, will be processed the following business day.

Once shipped:

Arrival times of packages may vary from state to state and country to country.
FuiMu cannot be held accountable for carrier delays or delays caused by holidays, meteorological conditions, customs inspections, and other circumstances beyond FuiMu’s control.

Shipping times:

FuiMu delivers parcels all over the world via DHL, Australia Post, or Sendle. All shipments are accompanied by an official invoice stating the exact declared value of each item in dollars (AUD). Sale and discounted items reflect discounted prices. The worth of goods will be publicly available on the packages insert for tax reasons on all orders. Once orders are sent, they can no longer be cancelled, and changes to the delivery address are not possible. Please ensure the correct address is provided during checkout. Upon receiving your parcel, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receipt by you or someone you nominate (other than a carrier).

Important note:

If, for any reason, the customer refuses the delivery of the parcel, shipping costs and import duty fees related to the automatic return of the parcel to the sender will be charged to the customer. This amount will be deducted from the total amount of the order to be refunded.

Shipping costs:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the number of orders.

Tracking:

All orders come with tracking information. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email to monitor the status of your delivery.

Lost or delayed packages:

In the rare event of a lost or significantly delayed package, please contact our customer service team for assistance in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Returns and Refunds Policy

Change of mind:

If you've had a change of heart about your purchase, we offer returns within 14 days of receipt of the item(s) for a store credit or refund. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and with tags attached.

Colour accuracy disclaimer:

We have made every effort to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible on FuiMu. However, as computer monitors, tablets, and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a colour will be completely accurate.

Faulty or damaged items:

In line with the ACL consumer guarantees, if an item is faulty, damaged, or significantly different from the description, you're entitled to a refund, exchange, or store credit. Please notify us within a reasonable timeframe, and we'll arrange for a return or replacement at no cost to you.

Return process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for return authorisation and instructions. Returns should be sent with a tracking option as we cannot be responsible for lost returns. Once we receive the returned items and verify its condition, we'll process your refund or exchange promptly.

Refunds:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout within a reasonable timeframe after we receive and process the returned items. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
